The Plone CMS is near and dear to our hearts, but there's more to life than custom content types, templates/themes, and workflows that support a website with robust content management features. It's important to understand what marketing/business problems Plone solves for and which ones it does not, so that Plone can remain at the heart of an integrated Digital Marketing Platform that empowers marketers to have content-related capabilities such as Personalization and Targeting, Data Analytics, Test-and-Learn, Omni-channel campaigns across email, mobile, etc. We will also take a look at how Plone is able to fit into a CMS + eCommerce and/or CMS + Membership Management integrated experience.
