Speaker: Eric Bréhault
Length: Long Talk
Target Level: Beginner
Target Audience: Integrator, Designer, User, Developer
As open source is produced by people, it is made of feelings. This talk aims to explore different questions about the complex relationships between the developer, the software and the community. Why do we feel committed to our community? Why is it so fun to work for free for Plone (and not that fun to work for customers who pay us)? Why do we want Plone to be always better? What makes "us", the Plone community, a real thing?
